Counselling Approach
Amy understands the uniqueness of the individual and will begin by listening to your story. She holds a holistic worldview, recognizing the strong connection between mind, body, and spirit, and she will encourage this interconnected approach in counselling. With a personal faith in God and experience living in diverse cultural settings, Amy invites spiritual conversation while holding a high appreciation for various cultures and faiths. Amy uses an eclectic counselling approach, with experience in creative arts therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and strengths-based therapy. She recognizes the powerful healing effect of nature and welcomes opportunities for outdoor counselling sessions.
Payment for Services
Counselling In-Person or Skype/Zoom Sessions are available.
Session length: 50 minutes
Cost: $125
Payment is due at the time of the session by cash or cheque, or by e-transfer by the end of the day.
Cheques should be made payable to Amy Klassen.
Cancellation Fee: With notification of less than 24 hours, clients agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to a full session.
