Courtney operates out of a person-centered approach as she believes that empathy and trust in the counselling room are foundational to transformation. Her focus is to create a space where you feel safe and seen, so that you can develop goals and help move through challenges to live abundantly. She believes that all people are created beautifully unique and seeks to integrate theoretical approaches that fit you. Her faith in God guides her worldview and she seeks to be welcoming and respectful to all perspectives.
Counselling Information
Counselling In-Person or Skype/Zoom Sessions are available.
Session length: 50 minutes
Cost: $125
Payment for Services
Payment is due at the time of the session by cash or cheque or by e-transfer by the end of the day.
Cancellation Fee: With notification of less than 24 hours, clients agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to a full session.
