Danielle is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #27202) licensed to practice in British Columbia. She holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Her background in teaching, coaching and career counselling informs a holistic understanding of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing, allowing her to support clients with both depth and practicality. Danielle is committed to ongoing professional development and ethical, evidence-based practice.

Worldview and Counselling Perspective
Danielle’s approach is deeply relational. She works from a collaborative, client-centred framework with a trauma-informed perspective incorporating several different therapeutic modalities into her work with clients including: Bio-psycho-social-spiritual framework, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She also draws from attachment theory and polyvagal theory. In addition to therapy, she enjoys: spending time with her husband and kids, playing sports, travelling, listening to music, and eating good food.
Payment for Services
- Session Format: In-person and/or online
- Secure online counselling sessions are available and are conducted via Jane, a secure, confidential online platform used for booking, virtual sessions, and payment processing.
- Session length: 50 minutes (Extended sessions available upon request)
- Fee: $140 per individual session. $155.00 per couples’ session
- Payment is due at the time of the session by cash, e-transfer, or credit card
- Cancellation policy: With notification of less than 24 hours, clients agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to a full session.
