Joshua Dahl (MSW, RSW)
As a social worker and counsellor, Joshua has spent the last thirteen years walking with people and families as they explore grief, healing, and joy. He has a history of working in healthcare, mental health service, and community settings.
Joshua takes the time to get to know the people he works with, delving deeply into their stories and working to uncover how the past has shaped who they are today. He will journey with you using a Narrative Therapy approach, viewing the challenges of your life as a story that is still being written.
Joshua also uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in identifying thought patterns and ways of navigating the world that you may want to adjust. He will work on this together with you at your own pace.
