Tim Middleton (Counselling Intern)

Tim is a Master’s in Counselling Psychology candidate with a background as a registered nurse in psychiatric intensive care, psychiatric emergency, and former Chief of Healthcare at a federal penitentiary inmate clinic. With extensive experience in mental health and addiction, he understands the complexities of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Tim takes a direct yet compassionate approach to therapy, supporting adult clients through a wide range of challenges while helping them gain insight and develop effective coping strategies.
