Lauren is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of dedicated experience in counselling and educational settings. Her people-centred approach is the cornerstone of her practice, allowing her to help individuals navigate life’s challenges. Lauren specializes in enhancing, healing, and strengthening relationships, with a particular focus on marriage and family dynamics. Drawing upon her expertise in Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment theory, Lauren is ready to guide you toward a transformative journey of growth and healing in the following areas of specialty:

3. Worldview and Counselling Perspective

Lauren’s counselling approach is grounded in person-centred principles, emphasizing trust, empathy, and respect to foster transformative therapeutic relationships. She is dedicated to guiding clients through challenges, promoting healing, and supporting their pursuit of a fulfilling life. While her Christian faith deeply influences her worldview, Lauren creates an inclusive space, respecting all backgrounds and beliefs and tailoring spiritual discussions to each client’s unique needs. Her warmth and genuine care create a supportive environment for all on their journey toward healing and growth.

4. Counselling Information

Counselling sessions available via Telehealth

Session Length – 50 minutes.

Cost: $140/ session

5. Payment for Services

Counselling fees are due at the start of the session. Clients are required to keep a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on file via JaneApp. Payment is processed via the credit card on file at the start of your session. In the event that you do not have a credit card, please contact Lauren to make alternative payment method arrangements prior to the start of your session. With notification of less than 24 hours, clients are required to pay the full price for a missed session.
